Raymarine SeaTalk NG Terminator In order to ensure correct data transmission through a SeaTalk NG system- a dedicated Terminator is required at each end of the backbone cable run.
Don Not attempt to run a system that is not correctly terminated.
Do not use SeaTalk Terminators on Spurs- use a Blanking Plug to terminate each unused spur connector on 5-Way connectors and T-Pieces
Cables and connectors are colour-coded for easy system identification and have quickconnect (push-fit, twist-lock) waterproof (IPx6) plugs and sockets.

- Backbone cables, plugs, sockets and terminators are coded blue.
- Spur cables, plugs, and sockets are coded white.
- SeaTalk to SeaTalkng converter cables, plugs and sockets are coded yellow.
- SeaTalkng power cables are coded red.
- Transducer signals are easily converted to SeaTalkng with the iTC-5 component.
- SeaTalk-HS data is quickly distributed to other SeaTalk-HS using the HS-5 switch.
- A 3rd party product (NGT-1) is also available to convert NMEA0183 GPS data for DSC VHF use.
