If you need to return an item to us for whatever reason, you will need to obtain a Returns Authorisation.
To do this,
- go to your "My Account" area.
- select "Order History"
- select the order which contains the item you wish to return
- click on the Return button on the right hand side of the product line
- complete the form that follows. If you are returning a used item under warranty, please list the returned items in the notes box if you are not returning the complete package. For example, "Display only, no cables".
- we will then process your request and email you a returns note
