Returns Proceedure

If you need to return an item to us for whatever reason, you will need to obtain a Returns Authorisation.

To do this,

  1. go to your "My Account" area.
  2. select "Order History"
  3. select the order  which contains the item you wish to return
  4. click on the Return button on the right hand side of the product line
  5. complete the form that follows. If you are returning a used item under warranty, please list the returned items in the notes box if you are not returning the complete package. For example, "Display only, no cables".
  6. we will then process your request and email you a returns note
