EU Shipping Guide

Our website is fully operational and all orders will be processed and dispatched as promptly as possible. We are experiencing delays in sourcing some products from various manufacturers. In the event of any significant delays in delivery, we will notify you.

Shipping to EU Countries is now re-instated. Due to VAT rules imposed by the EU, there is now a minimum order value of £135 ex vat and excluding shipping for orders to be processed.

All supplies to EU customers are now Excluding VAT, this is now charged locally by the courier, on delivery. Please click here for our latest update


Returns Proceedure

If you need to return an item to us for whatever reason, you will need to obtain a Returns Authorisation.

To do this,

  1. go to your "My Account" area.
  2. select "Order History"
  3. select the order  which contains the item you wish to return
  4. click on the Return button on the right hand side of the product line
  5. complete the form that follows. If you are returning a used item under warranty, please list the returned items in the notes box if you are not returning the complete package. For example, "Display only, no cables".
  6. we will then process your request and email you a returns note
