The Vtronix AIS COM, Commercial AIS Antenna is a dedicated omni directional antenna designed specifically for the narrow band frequency used by all vessel AIS (Automatic Identification System) transceivers.
Constructed from reinforced glass fibre surrounding an epoxy resin sealed closed cell foam core, the Vtronix AIS COM is supplied with 1m of RG213 cable and an N-Type jack plug.
The antenna is mounted with the MD207 galvanised steel clamps provided, allowing you to install the antenna on any vertical pole or bar between 30-50mm diameter.
