Search
use the Search box at the top of the page if you are looking for a specific product. Product part numbers for the major manufacturers will show up using this, as will descriptive words, e.g. E85001 or Wind.
Finding Products using Menu's
By default, the product 
menu is displayed. Click on the required category to find the product you require.
Alternatively, click on the 
button to display the manufacturers menu. You can then display a full list of products by selecting a particular manufacturer.
Warranty Returns
Please DO NOT return any suspected defective equipment to us without contacting us by EMAIL first. We may be able to resolve the problem without the item being returned. In some cases we will ask you to send the item directly to the manufacturer or an agent of theirs. Failure to do this will undoubtedly make the warranty process take longer. We reserve to right to charge for any costs which may occur as a result of goods being shipped to the wrong place or where no fault is found. .
VAT Guide

Carriage Charges
Guidance on our carriage charges can be found by using the links at the bottom of the page. UK including Islands have fixed rates. Many EU countries also have fixed rates. We use various couriers depending on destination.
