RETURNS

Do Not return anything without prior authorisation.

A valid credit/debit card must be submitted to request a return. This is required for return carriage to you if the goods are rejected by our service department.

Goods can be returned for three reasons only. In all cases the Return must be requested through this page in order to create a reference number and time/date stamp. You will receive Returns Authorisation via email within two working days.

1. Under Distance Selling Regulations, where the goods are found to be unsuitable. In this case, a Goods Return Authorisation MUST be requested within seven days of delivery. This Goods Return Authorisation will expire twenty eight days after the date of original supply, after which the goods can not be returned.
Goods will be rejected and returned at the purchasers cost if;
a. they are received outside the stated timescale
b. they have been used/damaged, this includes product packaging and accessories.

2. If defective at time of supply. Also known as "out of box failure". In this case we may require you to send the defective unit direct to the manufacturer or their representitive.
Goods will be returned at the purchasers cost if;
a. they are found not to be faulty.
b. faulty due to damage, abuse or misuse

3. If the equipment fails within the manufacturers warranty period. In this case we require you to send the defective unit direct to the manufacturer or their representitive.
Goods will be returned at the purchasers cost if;
a. they are found not to be faulty.
b. faulty due to damage, abuse or misuse

All returned items must be returned on a signed for carriage service. We can not be held responsible for parcels not signed for by us.
